Xiamen Zhongyuni Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures custom plastic bottles and jars for brands that need packaging to do more than hold product — a bottle that carries the brand, survives the filling line, and meets the food-contact rules of the market it ships to. Mould development, moulding, decoration and packing all happen under one roof.

Factory capacity

Our plant covers 2,000 square metres and runs 10 fully automatic injection and blow moulding machines, with a production capacity of over 300,000 pieces per day. That is what allows us to take on programmes running into the hundreds of thousands of pieces without pushing delivery dates.

Food-grade and recycled materials

We mould PET, PE, PP and PETG, all available in food-grade grades. For brands with recycled-content targets we also run PCR (post-consumer recycled) resin and PLA, so a sustainability commitment does not have to be met by changing supplier. Quality and compliance

Bottles are released against documented inspection criteria covering dimensions, wall thickness, weight consistency and seal integrity, with destructive sampling at set intervals.

How a custom bottle project runs

1. Brief — the product, the volume you expect to run, the target market and any reference bottle, drawing or sample you can send.
2. Material and mould proposal — a resin recommendation, a decision between an existing mould and new tooling, and unit cost at your volume.
3. Sampling — pre-production samples for filling-line trials, decoration approval and shelf-life testing.
4. Production — moulding, decoration, inspection and packing to your carton specification.
