3D design & quotation
Free 2D engineering drawing and 3D model rendering, then a formal quotation covering mould cost, resin, printing and packaging, with lead time and mould refund policy.
Sample approval
Prototype samples run in production resin, tested for leak tightness, wall uniformity and impact resistance. Printing and finishing revised until you confirm.
Mould fabrication
High-precision aluminium and steel blow moulds with the parting line and bottle forming tightly controlled. Mould processing photos and video before trial.
Mass production
Fully automatic extrusion blow moulding lines with stable melt temperature, air pressure and cooling cycle, under strict batch consistency control.
Finishing, QC & shipment
Screen printing, hot stamping, in-mould labelling and frosted finishing. 100% leak and appearance inspection, plus full export documentation for sea and air.
