Environmental Friendly PCR Material and Biodegradable Plastic PLA
To better protect our environment, we started applying PCR plastic and PLA material to current plastic package and plastic containers manufacturing. PCR plastics are known as any type of plastic material which is made from post-consumer resins. This is truly reused and recycled plastic materials. Current sophisticated technology is in plastic PET PCR material. But due to PCR raw material capacity limitation and unstable PCR raw material supply quality, the PCR plastic raw material cost is much higher than PET raw material.
As for PLA plastic, which is referred as Polylactic Acid Plastic. It is derived from renewable resources like corn starch or sugar cane. PLA plastic is biodegradable material, also known as bioplastics. PLA plastic material is mostly used in food package. But as research and development goes on, we started to use PLA plastic material in skin care products packages, personal care products container and more.
