Xiamen Zhongyuni Technologie Co., Ltd. is a registered manufacturer and exporter of plastic packaging, based in Xiamen, Fujian — one of China's busiest container ports. We supply importers, brand owners and contract fillers in overseas markets with plastic bottles, plastic jars and plastic soft tubes, together with the accessories that go with them: screw caps, flip-top caps, disc-top caps, mist sprayers, trigger sprayers and lotion pumps.
Our plant covers 2,000 square metres and runs ten fully automatic injection and blow moulding machines, giving a production capacity of more than 300,000 pieces per day. Bottle and closure come off the same site, so a complete pack can be quoted, sampled and shipped by one supplier — and a repeat order keeps the same colour, weight and thread.
Food contact is a licence, not a slogan. We hold a China food-contact production licence (Nee. 闽XK16-204-B0109), produce to national standard GB 4806.7 and work to our own enterprise standard Q/ZYNK 001—2022 for food-packaging plastic containers. Resins are food-grade PET, HDPE, PP and PETG; PCR and PLA are available where the application allows.
For private label we take on custom colours, bottle mould development, silk-screen printing, heet stempelen, labelling and matte frosting. Export documents — production licence, execution standard, raw-material compliance statements and outgoing inspection reports — travel with the shipment, and third-party inspection at the factory is welcome.

In-house tooling and a controlled production floor let us take a job from bottle design and material selection all the way through to packing and shipment.
Fully automatic injection & blow moulding
Ten fully automatic machines running around the clock, giving more than 300,000 pieces per day. Capacity is rebalanced in the peak season for bulk orders.
Stable, dust-controlled production floor
Temperature and humidity are held steady to control dust and microbial contamination — suited to containers that contact food.
Matrijsontwikkeling in eigen beheer
Structure design, tooling, trial sampling and 3D sampling are handled internally, so non-standard bottle shapes and special closure types stay on a short revision cycle.
In-line inspection and batch records
Dimensional, zegel, torque and appearance checks at key stages, recorded per batch. Third-party inspection at the factory is welcome.

Our own standard for food-packaging plastic containers, issued and implemented in April 2022. It is the formal basis for production, in-house testing and delivery acceptance.

Company founded in Xiamen
Xiamen Zhongyuni Technologie Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Xiamen, Fujian in July 2021 as a manufacturer of plastic packaging and containers, with mould development in-house.
Enterprise standard Q/ZYNK 001—2022 issued
Drawn up against GB 4806.7, our own standard for food-packaging plastic containers was issued on 5 April 2022 and implemented on 10 April 2022 — the single basis for production and testing.
Food-contact production licence granted
Licence No. 闽XK16-204-B0109 was granted on 13 May 2024, covering blow-moulded containers and injection-moulded food-contact closures. It is valid until 12 May 2029.
