Five details that make
the first quote accurate
Quotations go wrong when a specification is missing. These five points cover almost every enquiry — fill in what you already know and leave the rest to us.
Product type
PET, HDPE, PP or PETG — bottle, jar or closure, and whether you need a matching cap, pump or sprayer.
Capacity and size
For example 120 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml or 1 L. If you already have a drawing or a sample bottle, that is better than any number.
Quantity
The quantity for a first order and your estimated annual volume — unit price moves with both.
Customisation
New mould, colour matching, silk screen printing, hot stamping or labelling. Tell us if the bottle is a new shape or an existing one.
Target market
So we can prepare the food-contact and compliance documents your market will ask for, instead of sending them after you chase us.

We confirm the specification
We read your brief, check whether a stock mould already fits, and come back with any questions before quoting — not after.
You get a written quotation
Unit price, mould cost where a new mould is required, lead time and shipping terms (FOB or CIF Xiamen) — on one page, with no line left to guess.
Sample before mass production
We produce a sample or a pre-production unit for your approval and filling trials, and only then start the production run.
What buyers ask before they commit
Minimum order quantity
MOQ depends on the bottle, the resin and whether a new mould is needed. Give us your first order and annual volume and we will quote the exact figure instead of a range you cannot plan with.
Samples and sampling time
Standard samples from existing moulds are sent free of charge for filling trials and line validation. If your bottle needs a new mould, that has to be cut first — we tell you the timeline before you commit to anything.
Who owns the mould
Mould cost is quoted separately and stated up front as a one-off. The mould belongs to you, and we keep it maintained for your repeat orders.
