Custom PET plastic bottles are a practical choice for brands that need clear, lightweight and durable packaging for beverage, Essen, Kosmetika, healthcare and daily-use products. As a custom PET bottle manufacturer, Plastic Bottles Factory supplies PET bottles in different capacities, shapes, colors and neck finishes to match your filling line, cap system and shelf presentation.

PET bottles are widely used for juice bottles, water bottles, sauce bottles, cosmetic bottles, hand sanitizer bottles, supplement bottles and sample packaging. The material offers good clarity, low weight and reliable impact resistance, making it suitable for retail packaging where product visibility and clean appearance matter. Clear PET, amber PET, white PET and custom colored PET options are available depending on your brand style and product protection needs.

We support OEM and ODM customization for PET bottle projects, including bottle design, mold development, capacity adjustment, logo printing, label application, matching caps, pumps, sprayers and export packaging. If you already have a bottle sample or drawing, our team can help evaluate mold requirements and production feasibility. If you are developing a new packaging line, we can recommend suitable bottle shapes, neck sizes and closure combinations.

Whether you need stock PET bottles for faster delivery or custom PET bottles for a private label project, our factory can support trial orders, bulk production and long-term supply. Contact us with your bottle size, application, cap type, order quantity and artwork requirements to get a custom PET bottle quote.

Range at a glance

  • Capacity range – 30 ml to 1,500 ml, plus 1 gallon bulk buckets
  • Existing moulds – 37 PET bottle moulds
  • Material and colour – Clear, amber and coloured transparent PET
  • Closures available – Screw cap, sports cap, trigger sprayer, Pumpe
  • Typical contents – Bottled and mineral water, juice and soft drinks, edible oil and vinegar, sample and travel-size cosmetics, household cleaning liquids

Why PET is chosen for bottles

HAUSTIER (polyethylene terephthalate) is a polyester with an intrinsic viscosity that determines how much the resin can be stretched during blow moulding. The properties that matter for packaging decisions are:

  • Clarity – PET is naturally transparent and glossy, so bottle contents are fully visible and shelf appeal is high without extra decoration.
  • Strength-to-weight ratio – PET containers are light for their strength, which lowers freight cost and packaging weight.
  • Gas and moisture barrier – PET holds carbonation and protects against oxygen ingress, which is why it dominates carbonated soft drinks and bottled water.
  • Recyclability – PET carries resin identification code 1 and has the most developed recycling stream of any packaging plastic. Food-grade recycled PET (rPET) can be used in new beverage bottles where local regulations allow.
  • Temperature limit – standard PET softens at roughly 70 °C, so it is not suitable for hot filling without heat-set tooling. For hot-fill or pasteurised products, PP or heat-set PET is the correct route.

Beverage applications normally also require the resin to meet food-contact requirements such as FDA 21 CFR 177.1630 and EU 10/2011, and for carbonated or oxygen-sensitive products the barrier grade and bottle design need to be agreed before tooling.

PET bottle moulds in our range

These items span the capacity bands and applications most often requested by beverage, water, cosmetic and household brands:

Each product page gives the neck finish and the closures that fit that mould. If your required size sits between two listed items, the same tooling family can often be run at an intermediate capacity.

How to specify a PET bottle

  • Product type – still water, carbonated drinks, Saft, edible oil and household liquids each demand a different balance of barrier, pressure resistance and fill temperature.
  • Carbonation – carbonated products need a pressure-rated design with a reinforced base; still products do not, and using a carbonation-rated bottle where it is not needed adds cost and weight.
  • Fill temperature – standard PET handles cold and ambient fill. Hot fill, pasteurisation or retort require heat-set tooling or a different polymer.
  • Neck finish – determines cap type: standard screw, PCO for carbonated drinks, sports cap, sprayer or pump. This is the constraint that everything else follows.
  • Colour and clarity – clear, amber, coloured transparent or opaque. Light-sensitive products need amber or an opaque option.
  • Nachhaltigkeit – specify whether recycled content is required and at what percentage, since that affects the grade selection and the documentation you will need.

Applications we supply

Current PET moulds serve bottled water and mineral water, juice and soft drinks, edible oil and vinegar, sample and travel-size cosmetics, and household cleaning products. Typical items in the range include 100 ml clear juice bottles, 250 ml and 300 ml drinking-water bottles, 500 ml mineral-water and trigger-spray bottles, and 1.5 litre large beverage packaging.

What we check before shipment

Release checks on PET bottles normally cover dimensional accuracy, fill capacity by weight of water, wall-thickness distribution, neck finish and thread dimensions, cap torque and seal integrity, clarity and colour against the approved sample, and print registration. Carbonated and hot-fill designs carry additional pressure or heat tests as agreed with the buyer.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between PET bottle suppliers and PET bottle manufacturers?

A supplier sells bottles that are typically made by a third party; a manufacturer owns the moulds, blow-moulding lines and quality process. Buying directly from a manufacturer gives you control over the tool, the wall specification, the resin grade and the inspection plan, which matters when packaging has to pass a food-contact audit.

Can PET bottles be used for hot drinks?

Standard PET is not suitable for hot fill because it softens around 70 °C. Hot-fill and pasteurised products require heat-set PET tooling or a switch to PP, which tolerates much higher fill temperatures.

Do you supply bottles made from recycled PET?

rPET is available where the application and your market's rules allow. Recycled content affects grade selection, colour and the documentation set, so it is best specified at the start of the project rather than after tooling.

What bottle weight should I choose?

Weight is a trade-off between shelf presence, top-load strength, barrier performance and cost. Lightweighting is normal for still water; carbonated and large-format bottles need more material to hold internal pressure and stacking loads.

Can you match a specific neck finish used by my existing cap supplier?

Yes, provided the neck geometry is a standard or can be replicated. Send the cap drawing or a physical sample and the corresponding neck specification can be confirmed before tooling.

How do I get a quotation for a PET bottle?

Send the capacity, product type, whether the product is carbonated, fill temperature, neck finish or cap type, target quantity, colour and artwork requirements. With those we can match an existing mould or quote a new one.
